Flow Refund Policy
Refund rules for Flow purchases, subscriptions, Lemon Squeezy checkout, and provider-managed billing.

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid Flow purchases and subscriptions supplied by Allan Monge Jiménez, operating as Chirripó Studio. If a checkout provider, app store, or mandatory law gives you stronger refund rights, those terms or rights control for that transaction.
2. First Paid Charge
First-time paid Flow subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of the first paid charge by emailing support@chirripo.studio with the order email and order number. This policy is intended to give new customers a clear review period after the no-card trial ends and billing begins.
3. Renewals, Partial Periods, and Abuse
Renewal charges, partial billing periods, repeated refund requests, suspected fraud, account abuse, license-key misuse, and chargeback misuse are generally not refundable unless applicable law or the checkout provider requires otherwise.
4. Lemon Squeezy Purchases
When Flow checkout is processed through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record or authorized reseller for that transaction and may handle refund administration, tax adjustments, chargebacks, and the customer portal. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds at its discretion within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks under its refund and chargeback practices.
Before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank for a Lemon Squeezy transaction, contact Lemon Squeezy through the applicable receipt, order, or customer portal channel, or contact support@chirripo.studio for help locating the right channel.
5. EU/UK Digital Content
For EU/UK consumers purchasing direct-download digital content through Lemon Squeezy, checkout may ask you to consent to immediate performance, download, activation, or license delivery and to acknowledge that statutory withdrawal rights can be lost once the digital content is supplied, where applicable law allows. This refund policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@chirripo.studio with the purchase email, order number, product name, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for information needed to find the order, prevent fraud, or process the refund through the applicable provider.
